Leading eGRC Engineering team. Responsible for creating and enhancing end-to-end SDLC business process with Agile methodology for engineering and Support operations. Owning eGRC platform with 7 pillars -– Archer 6.12 P3 HF1 provides multi-disciplinary service offerings in domains such as Governance, Risk, Compliance, Continuity, SOX and Security. Created a centralized dashboard that provides information on KPIs across 40+ projects, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and resource allocation. Designed and Engineered Vulnerability Management enables Threat and Vulnerability management (TVM) team to update business logic for millions of assets. The process impacts vulnerabilities non-actionable on 9.5 million assets and actionable on 3.5 million assets. The process saved 10 million hours of TVM team efforts. Generally, it would take an hour for each asset. Established Issues Management - Security Exception process, Remediation Plan and notification updates which streamlined the process and reduced manual dependencies on Risk Treatment team which reduced 70% of total teamwork. Scrum Master in the team. Mentored a cross -functional team of 4 resources to deliver the Infrastructure Security Review to their customers. Successfully onboarded multiple customers (LinkedIn, HR, Finance, Legal Privacy) into the GRC platform. Engineered Archer end to end activities such as Applications, Questionnaires, Workflows, Data Driven Events, Calculations, Dashboards, Data Feed, Data Import, Data Publish, Notifications, Sub-forms and Custom Objects. Collaborate with Process owner to set goals for each project. Lead the Archer Support activities from Server end and Databases. Led Archer environment migration activities from 5.x to 6.x
