A new application case management has designed & developed for Department of Labor by using BPM Appian to create OTAA’s petition and investigation case management system to develop an automated IT platform that will provide the Program Office the ability to reduce manual data input and accept and populate collected data on predetermined petition form templates to complete timely investigations and generate petitions which consists the multi-level review process.
