I ensure packaging is safe, compliant, cost-effective, and ready on time. I work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure every pack meets regulatory standards and market needs. My focus is on innovation, quality, and smooth supply chain operations.Key Expertise:Leading design and development of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for both trial and commercial batches.Preparing and checking packaging records, cost sheets, and Bill of Materials for accuracy.Writing and updating SOPs to keep processes simple, clear, and compliant.Choosing and testing machine change parts, including trials for new vendor development.Supporting palletization, warehouse, and supply chain optimization.Working with Marketing, QA, QC, Regulatory, R&D, Purchase, and Production teams.Reviewing and approving artworks, print proofs, and shade cards before production.Visiting vendors for quality checks and approvals.Handling Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and Incident reports.Managing serialization activities (EU FMD, USFDA, GS1).Conducting training and SOP revisions to ensure team awareness and compliance.
