As a Postgraduate Mentor, I support newly enrolled MSc students in their transition to Aston University by:Guiding mentees with academic orientation, university resources, and adapting to postgraduate life.Providing advice on campus facilities, student services, and local living in Birmingham.Offering peer-to-peer support to help students integrate socially and academically.Acting as a first point of contact for queries, while signposting them to the appropriate university services (e.g, Student Solutions Centre) when needed.Enhancing my leadership, communication, and intercultural skills through mentorship.
