   Perform rack & stack installation of servers, switches, routers, and storage devices in enterprise data centers. Execute fiber and copper cabling deployments, including LC, SC, MPO/MTP connections and structured cabling standards. Provision and manage cross-connects between carriers, patch panels, and network devices. Conduct advanced fiber testing (OTDR, OLTS, VFL) to validate link performance and troubleshoot issues. Identify and resolve fiber faults including attenuation, macro-bends, splice loss, and connector defects. Support DWDM and high-speed transport circuits, ensuring reliable connectivity. Perform hardware installation, replacement, and break/fix activities for network and server equipment. Respond to data center incidents and outages, ensuring rapid resolution within SLA timelines. Maintain accurate documentation, including rack elevations, cabling layouts, and test reports. Collaborate with network engineers, vendors, and NOC teams for issue resolution and deployments. Ensure compliance with data center safety standards and best practices.
