I am a Software Development Engineer with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna. My professional experience spans backend development, where I have successfully designed and implemented various systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.At Lifease, I spearheaded the design and development of a logistics module, integrating with multiple courier partners such as Zomato and ShadowFax to streamline order delivery. I implemented a subscription feature that automates order placement for subscribed products, resulting in over 70 daily orders. Additionally, I designed a chat service for real-time communication between stores and customers, incorporating messaging and file sharing capabilities, and integrated WhatsApp messaging using Exotel.I engineered a dynamic personalization system using Azure Data Explorer and Kusto for real-time product analytics, which significantly improved store efficiency and customer engagement. Furthermore, I automated and optimized API testing with the Cypress framework to ensure system reliability and minimize production errors. I also led the successful integration of ONDC on the staging environment, generating signing keys and implementing the necessary APIs for seamless integration as a seller network participant.My technical expertise includes Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, Azure, and Cypress.I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and enhance user experiences.
