About Jagadeesh Egala
As an experienced Product and Test Engineer, I have a distinguished track record in formulating and validating efficient test strategies for the mixed-signal blocks of ADI\'s advanced high-power automotive DSPs and BMS ICs. My expertise includes Silicon debugging, characterization, and the qualification of digital and mixed-signal blocks using Advantest 93K and Teradyne Ultraflex test platforms. Additionally, I have developed and released the test program for wafer testing of an industry\'s leading BMS IC. I am specialized in creating efficient testing methodologies on the 93K platform for digital and mixed-signal blocks using C++. I have successfully developed and validated test methods for housekeeping Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), EFUSE, Power Supply Monitors (PSM), and Delay Locked Loops (DLL). I possess hands-on experience with board debugging and have extensively reviewed schematics and layouts for Silicon Laminates, Load Boards, and Probe Cards. In addition to my other duties, I conduct detailed and perceptive data analysis and collaborate closely with the design and verification teams to create and implement effective, competitive testing solutions aimed at reducing the Full Factory Cost (FFC).
