I enable Yorkshire Water to manage and improve it\'s business processes to operate efficiently. Accountable for deploying a process centric and continuous improvement culture. Some of my accountabilities are maintaining ARIS (Process Architecture system) to enhance Yorkshire Water’s Process Hierarchy, mapping As Is and To Be processes, improving efficiencies in business processes. Identifying and eliminating wasteful activities within transformational programmes using Lean/six sigma methodologies to solve problems, improve business performance and creating E2E customer journeys.
