I was working towards continuous development and enhancement of the application and its features including testing and validation, UI review and discussions, reservations flows, pages, customer data, bug fixing etc.• Led the testing and validation of key features and booking flows in Marriott’s internal reservation application, ensuring seamless customer experience across booking, modification, and cancellation processes, with customer data fetched from Salesforce.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams for UI review, engaging in design brainstorming sessions to enhance the user interface and improve overall user experience across the application’s various pages, including landing page, rate list menu, booking cart, and confirmation page.• Supported the continuous enhancement of reservation workflows by analyzing and optimizing the functionality of booking, modifying, and canceling reservations to improve system efficiency, while integrating customer information stored in Salesforce.• Conducted thorough security updates for customer profiles and data stored in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with security protocols for both Marriott Bonvoy members and non-members.• Performed sandbox and UAT testing to simulate real-world booking scenarios, validating business rules, and generating user stories based on data integration with Salesforce.• Played a key role in translating large-scale business initiatives into detailed business requirements and epics, which were converted into actionable user stories to guide the development lifecycle, leveraging Salesforce integration for customer data management.
