Responsible for end-to-end project delivery of a healthcare electronic payment solution for Highmark Inc. and its plan partners. I lead and support a team on functional and business aspects to ensure timely deliverables, manage production release activities, provide post-production support, and handle support tickets. My role includes contributing to functional direction, development support, implementation, and enhancing user experience. I engage with both internal and external stakeholders, conduct interviews, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I deliver written and verbal presentations to organizational leadership, communicate key findings, and recommend business process adjustments. I assist project management across various stages, including research, testing, and implementation of new systems and products, and create functional documentation, user training manuals, guides, and release notes. I periodically review the progress of recommended changes to ensure they remain on track and support continuous improvement. Throughout the project, I ensure the quality of the application by adhering to Highmark’s regulatory requirements and U.S. practices.
