I started in marketing, where I learned to really understand an audience’s needs. I’ve applied that insight across UI/UX roles at startups, nonprofits, and large enterprises.At Voya Financial, I led the UX refresh for 70+ plan microsites. I unified branding and improved the site structure for clients like Gundersen Health, making complex financial information easier to navigate.At OneAmerica Financial, I improved a portal used by 1.3 million retirement-plan participants. I teamed up with product managers and engineers to streamline onboarding and boost user satisfaction.As a freelancer, I’ve built responsive websites for clients like Aunt Millie’s Bread. I set up end-to-end design workflows that take ideas from wireframes to polished visual assets.I’m also an artist and muralist.
