ABOUT JAFAR ADAM
I’m a Mechanical Engineer with experience working on engineering projects within manufacturing and regulated environments. Over the past few years I’ve had the opportunity to work across different parts of the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, production and operational teams to help deliver projects from concept through to completion.My background in manufacturing has given me a strong appreciation for how design, production and process all come together. I enjoy working closely with teams to turn technical ideas into practical solutions, whether that’s improving processes, supporting project delivery, or solving day-to-day engineering challenges.More recently I’ve been working on projects within regulated sectors such as biotechnology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, where quality, compliance and attention to detail are essential. It’s an environment I find particularly rewarding, knowing the engineering work ultimately supports industries that have a real impact on people’s lives.I’m naturally curious and always looking to learn, develop my technical understanding, and grow as an engineer. Long term, I’m interested in continuing to build my experience delivering complex engineering projects while working with teams that value collaboration, good engineering practice and continuous improvement.
