Solely manage the recruitment account for a global HR and Payroll SaaS provider. Delivering the full 270° recruitment process for all payroll-related vacancies following the launch of their new payroll service. Handling high-volume recruitment projects, sourcing and placing top payroll professionals in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.• Serve as the main point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle -from role briefing, candidate sourcing, reviewing CVs, candidate screening, interview scheduling, providing feedback to both parties, offer negotiating, and post-placement aftercare.• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards social media, referrals, headhunting and other recruiting tools. Maintain talent pools for future hiring needs and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.• Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by providing a consultative recruitment service and ensuring end-to-end service delivery. • Support the wider team of 360° consultants by sourcing candidates for their roles and building strong, high-quality pipelines across multiple specialisms. Assist in business development initiatives, including the creation and distribution of targeted client e-shots to promote recruitment solutions and generate leads.
