   A few key components to my role at TCG encompass project submittal administration, quality control compliance, financial tracking, invoice processing, client status reporting, and subcontractor coordination.• Actively engaged in consulting services as a Planning and Zoning Town Planner with engineering background for the Town of Surfside. I collaborate with developers to review proposals and ensure compliance with zoning regulations, assist with permit processing, and provide guidance on land-use requirements. I review reports and presentations for Planning and Zoning Board meetings, support decision-making with technical expertise, and engage with residents/businesses to address inquiries and promote understanding of the Town’s planning goals. My role focuses on balancing sustainable development with preserving Surfside\'s unique character.• Current Project Manager for the Lakewood East Neighborhood parking study in the City of Coconut Creek. I lead public engagement initiatives to gather community input, analyze parking needs, and develop alternative solutions. My role involves coordinating with stakeholders, evaluating data, and presenting strategies to address parking challenges and enhance neighborhood accessibility.• Advanced the Broward Commuter Rail (BCR) South PD & E Study through the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process in order to comply with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements. This study analyzed a project that will connect the planned commuter rail service from Aventura in Miami-Dade County to Fort Lauderdale in Broward County along the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway. BCR South included rail, signaling, safety and communications improvements, train equipment, passenger stations, and adequate amenities for increased ridership and optimal intermodal connectivity.
