I’m a PR and communications professional with experience in: sales, customer engagement, human resources, and corporate communications. My work spans across various industries including: beauty, health & wellness, fitness, manufacturing, emergency management, bridal, & retail/ fashion. I have facilitated marketing efforts, coordinated community-wide events, and consistently built strong client relationships. At the heart of everything I do is a love for connecting with people.    I serve as the Human Resources Assistant at Deployed Logix, supporting a workforce of more than 150 employees. Deployed Logix (DLX) is a global leader in rapidly deployable emergency response solutions, providing shelters, power, and basecamp systems to military, medical, and humanitarian organizations worldwide. My role covers a wide range of responsibilities including benefits administration for health, life, 401(k), and Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML). I support new hire onboarding and manage employee records to keep our HR processes accurate and compliant. On a daily basis, I also respond to HR inquiries and provide direct support for both employees and management. Beyond administrative duties, I help foster a positive employee experience by assisting with internal communication and engagement efforts. I help plan employee events and contribute to our internal newsletter, blending my HR skills with my passion for community and communication. These projects let me support both employee engagement and a strong workplace culture. In this position, I use my HR skills to support employees while helping build a workplace culture where people feel valued. My work ensures that our team stays both connected and aligned with the mission of Deployed Logix.
