Jaein Seo, PharmD, MHS, is a Senior Research Associate with Evidera’s patient preference team, with a professional background in pharmacy. Jaein has extensive experience in designing, managing and conducting patient preference studies, using discrete choice experiment, thresholding, best-worst scaling. She has worked on numerous preference elicitation studies that supported reimbursement applications, regulatory submissions, evidence generation and value proposition. Besides using mixed-method approaches to design valid elicitation instruments, Jaein has a special interest in innovative survey design approaches that help facilitate the communication of complex information accessibly using videos and other multi-media.As a co-chair of ISPOR’s Health Preference Special Interest Group webinar, Dr Seo is actively engaged in advancing the field of patient-centered research.
