Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple dealership accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate cash balances and proper recording of deposits, checks, and ACH activity-Reconcile factory and floor plan schedules by comparing internal vehicle inventory and financing records against manufacturer and lender statements, investigating and correcting variances to support accurate financial reporting-Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reviewing general ledger accounts, and analyzing variances to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies-Collaborate cross-functionally with dealership accounting teams and F&I management to maintain accurate schedules, support audits, and improve reconciliation processes using Excel and internal ERP systems
