   Existing machine learning projects lacked standardized pipelines, leading to inconsistencies and inefficiencies. Identified growing demand for LLM-powered applications within the company. Designed a standardized end-to-end MLOps (LLMOps) pipeline, and responsible for researching and building LLM-powered applications. Led the design and implementation of a globally usable template for end-to-end pipelines using Dataproc, Vertex AI, and Element, incorporating back-end engineering tasks like server optimization, security implementation, API design support, and CI/CD. Developed agentic multimodal RAG and data-centric chatbots leveraging GPT, Gemini-pro, and TextBison. Moreover, optimized LLM performance through prompt engineering, parameter optimization, and document retrieval techniques. Successfully launched the template across 15+ projects and deployed LLM-powered applications, enhancing user experience / automating various tasks and improving work efficiency / consistency.
