Dynamic leader and experienced Program Manager with 22+ years’ experience in the Active / Reserve Army (Signal Corps) and in industry. Core strengths in large scale Program Management, Operations, Planning, Strategy, Analysis, Policy Development and Process Improvement. My passion for leadership and management has given me a comprehensive background serving at senior levels and performing key functions in program management up to the Army Service level, Republic of Korea Ministries and working at the Enterprise level for Microsoft. I’ve provided critical Program Management services to both the $9 Billion Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) and Microsoft’s $10 Billion Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure (JEDI) programs. Served as the Systems Integration Manager for the $11 Billion Base Relation Program and served as the enterprise Business Operations Program Manager supporting Microsoft’s ecommerce business. I’m a leader with global experiences and perspectives with a special ability to solve complex problems and manage cross functional teams and processes. I am a senior and executive leader that can provide organizational impact, influence positive working culture, maintain integrity, and always put the customer needs first.Executive MBA from U. of Washington, Master’s in Information Technology Management and Bilingual in English & Korean.
