My name is Jae Gerardot, I completed my Bachelor degree in Public Affairs with a Major in Health Service Administration. My passion for helping and caring for individuals in need is indescribable. The mission/vision/values of healthcare is something I believe in and that I can relate my own morals and ethics to. This type of profession is key in delivering and impacting the persons of its residency and the community in a positive, uplifting and prolonging the proper aging of the residence. It speaks a million words revolving around faith, care, trust, and assurance. The type of care that is utilized and preformed by the health care administrator are much needed and respected in a long-term care facility. I will apply this type of success in my field of work and my lifetime career as a future health service administrator.
