Develop and execute talent outreach, workforce development, and pipelining strategies to proactively build relationships with diverse potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Selected Accomplishments/Responsibilities- In the first year, led the launch of eight new pipeline program initiatives, with five additional programs slated for activation in year two- Oversee recruitment outreach: recruitment marketing material development and production, local and national career fair attendance, large expo conferences and sponsorships, and campus information sessions. 27% increase in 2023 recruitment event attendance compared to 2022- Established meaningful, effective community partnerships for short and long term collaboration on recruitment opportunities- Directed and managed the newly launched ‘Career Ambassadors’ program with 175+ trained Ambassadors, having attended 90+ events in the first year of the program. Resulting in recognition as #1 in community engagement from local non-profit, ClimbHI- Track and analyze metrics, including conversion rates and source of hire to inform future program decisions.
