Additionally, I responded to customer inquiries about hours, seating, and menu details. My role also involved supporting the front-of-house team including servers, food runners, and bussers to keep the dining area clean and prepared for every guest. I assisted with moving tables and adjusting seating to accommodate special requests, ensuring every guest’s needs were met. I helped train new hostesses, upholding high standards of service.
