At DSI, we have 2 priorities. First, hire the best and treat our employees like GOLD. Second, work with the best companies on the planet and drive profitable repeat business by always taking care of every detail on our client\'s projects and service initiatives. We drive additional profits for our Clients and Accolades and Bonuses for our Clients\' Project Teams through the Professional and Methodical Execution of Projects. When a project fails, it\'s rarely due to a technical problem (although that does certainly happen). Typically, projects fail due to a lack of communication OR due to inexperience at the Project Management level. At DSI, we have invested in some of the best Project Management personnel in the Industry. Our Team Leaders and PMs are all degreed engineers with at least a decade of experience being in the trenches executing projects and handling details. Each one of them brings their own style and specific system (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Motion, Drives, etc) and industry EXPERIENCE to the table. When we combine that with our internal processes and systems for collaboration, the end result is SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION of YOUR PROJECTS. I have built DSI from the ground up (literally, we started in a 60 square foot office in my garage in 2008) by recognizing that we need GREAT PEOPLE and we need GREAT CUSTOMERS. When we find one of either of those, we work our tails off to make sure we don\'t lose them. We have been extremely blessed to be able to find and hire the best minds in the industry. That is true throughout our organization - from our Panel Technicians, Field Service Techs and Engineers, Controls and Automation Systems Designers, SCADA and Custom Programmers, Site Managers, Project Managers and Team Leaders, Business Developers and Administrative Team (I hope I didn\'t forget anybody).
