The BACS consortium is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh Metro Project. These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometers across the city including 85 stations. EPC of Line 1 and 2 – Saudi Arabia (~US $ 11 billion) SLSP: Preparation of Lump sum Price breakdown (Invoicing Proposal) in coordination with Headquarter / respective lots. Discussions with CW JV (Consortium Partners) on draft of Invoicing Proposal. Meeting with RMTC (Client) along with Project Management Team to discuss & conclude Invoicing Proposal. Data Analysis: Provided essential support for generating and reviewing monthly financial reports, enhancing financial transparency and accuracy. Prepared monthly operating and project budget variances for approval and submission, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Developed and presented monthly and quarterly forecasts for operating budgets, enabling the organization to make informed financial decisions. Responded promptly to management requests for forecasts on project budgets, maintaining alignment with project goals and financial stability. Managed the compilation and analysis of monthly operating cost accruals, reducing financial discrepancies. Was a key member in verification and approval of ad hoc expenses requiring swift disbursement of funds all the while maintaining strong control of finances staying within the approved budget and spending guidelines. Conducted ad hoc reporting and analysis on cost centers, general ledger accounts, and projects, including trend analysis, aiding in cost optimization strategies.
