Engagement Quality Programme (EQP)- Lead the end-to-end Engagement research/documentation review. This includes reviewing of Engagement Team files, SoW, Contracts, project financials, deliverables and conducting team and client interviews- Identify and monitor higher risk engagements, complex or higher profile engagements and support engagement teams- Identify any challenges, issues or risks that may impact the successful and consistent delivery of quality in engagements - Improve financial performance by reducing the volume and magnitude of provisions and write-offs- Identify areas of improvement and best practices that promote the quality of engagement delivery- Improve project experience for PwC talent by providing mentoring, feedback and learning opportunities- Report EQP reviews for PwC Canada as part of the annual Network Standards Compliance process and share it with the Consulting Leadership Team indicating review results Engagement Compliance Review Programme (ECR)- Assess engagement leader engagement risk management and compliance with policies through the review of engagements in order to identify areas needing improvement and provide guidance- Report ECR results for PwC Canada annually as part of the Network Standards Compliance process and share ir with Consulting Leadership Team and other firm leadership as required
