About Jadon Geathers

I am the Founder and CEO of ChitterChatter Inc, an AI-powered speaking partner designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world fluency. My work with ChitterChatter is deeply rooted in my research as an Information Science PhD student at Cornell University. Working in the Future of Learning Lab under Professor Rene Kizilcec, I focus on creating AI systems that provide safe, low-stakes environments to build learner confidence and reduce anxiety in foreign language acquisition.I am a CIS Dean\'s Excellence and Hopper-Dean Fellow, dedicated to developing educational tools that shape pedagogical approaches, measure student understanding, and encourage inclusive, enjoyable, and equitable learning environments.Before founding ChitterChatter and joining Cornell, I completed my bachelor\'s in mathematics and master\'s in computer science at Stanford University. There, I was a VPUE STEM Fellow; sat on the Student Advisory Board for Introductory Studies; conducted research in computer science, mathematics, and physics; and gained years of teaching experience as a tutor with the Center for Teaching and Learning, the Stanford University Mathematical Organization, and Code in Place.
