Collaborate with MAC-IMP team and pediatricians: Participate in meetings with the MACIMP team and pediatricians to understand the virtual integrated visits initiative. Work with theDigital Health team to implement and troubleshoot the iPad-on-Wheels at clinical sites. Trainpediatricians and clinic staff to use iPad on Wheels. Assist in the coordination andimplementation of virtual integrated visits in pediatric primary care centers. Communicateeffectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of the project- Data collection, analysis, and presentation: Collaborate with the digital health team to gatherdata related to virtual integrated visits, including data from the EMR and through parent andprovider surveys. Analyze collected data to identify areas for improvement in the virtualintegrated visit process. Provide input and suggestions for enhancing the efficiency andeffectiveness of the virtual integrated visit program. Compile findings from the program anddata analysis into comprehensive reports. Prepare written presentations summarizing theoutcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Deliver presentations torelevant stakeholders, including abstracts/posters at national meetings-Assist in Administrative Tasks: Create and distribute agendas ahead of meetings. Attendmeetings and take detailed meeting notes and action items. Coordinate with stakeholders andteam members to identify meeting times and follow up on action items after meetings. Otherresponsibilities as assigned.
