I lead our brilliant client success team, and my focus is simple: making sure every single person who comes to us feels supported, understood, and well looked after. ADHD journeys can be overwhelming, and we’re here to make things a little easier, whether that’s through quick access to care, compassionate conversations, or just being a friendly voice on the other end of the phone.What really drew me to CARE ADHD is that we don’t just talk about clinical excellence, we live it. The team is deeply committed to doing things the right way, with empathy at the centre of everything. Many of us have personal or family experiences of ADHD, so we really get it.I’m proud to be part of something that’s not only helping reduce NHS waiting lists, but doing so with kindness, integrity, and real care.
