Share big ideas and execute initiatives to build team cohesion and professional development.Client Orders:Serve as escalation point and collaborate with Service Delivery to ensure all operational issues are addressed, documented, and avoided in future.Performance Analysis:Monitor account performance with insights derived from account management to determine value and impact of strategic action.Budget Management:Oversee account budgets and updates to regular cadence forecasting, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
