Following my internship, I completed with ABC Supply in the Summer of 2023; I was offered a part-time job opportunity for a brand new location in Ames, Iowa, by management while I was at college full-time. I decided to further my experience in supply chain management specifically within the industry for exterior building products. Doing this has allowed me to sharpen my skills and continue to grow with ABC Supply.I am currently in this role. Now, I am tasked with providing excellent customer service, managing customer accounts and orders, monitoring and purchasing inventory, receiving and handling freight, and managing transportation assignments and routing. Recently, I passed Delivery Service Management training and look to take on the role soon.I am currently working full-time in this position after graduating from Iowa State University. I look to the future to manage my own branch one day.
