About Jaden McMullen

Hello! My name is Jaden McMullen, and I am a fourth-year financial planning student at The Ohio State University while serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. When I was in high school, I was involved in a multitude of extracurriculars (National Honors Society, band, soccer, baseball, etc.) and even held some leadership positions as well (NHS President, Drum Major, and creator and leader of the pep band). I graduated with a 4.7 gpa and at the top of my class. I was also admitted into the Young Scholars Program (financial and academic scholarship) at OSU. During high school, I worked as a caddie, member services representative, and a warehouse cleaner. These jobs have helped me gain good soft skills and professionalism. Once I graduated, I shipped out to Marine Corps boot camp. Attending basic instilled discipline, leadership, and motivation into my personality. During my job school, I picked up a squad leader position. I made it my mission to have everyone in my squad pass the course and understand the material. I made Kahoots for them, held study sessions, and even taught the class when the instructor wasn’t around. I graduated Network Administrator school with the highest gpa and received a meritorious promotion. Now, I am currently a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual, helping clients accomplish their financial goals.
