ABOUT JADEN HAWKINS
Jaden Hawkins is a 2025 Summa Cum Laude graduate from Michigan State University. During her time at MSU, she studied journalism with a minor in broadcast journalism and public relations. Under the guidance of Mike Castelucci, Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Award-winning journalist, she has grown into a diverse storyteller, gaining her own recognition. Hawkins is a Michigan Emmy-nominated journalist and a vital contributor to MSU\'s Focal Point News, which has won MAB and Emmy awards for their newscasts. MSU\'s School of Journalism also recognized her as a Mary Gardner Scholar, a member of Kappa Tau Alpha, and the President of MSU\'s National Association of Black Journalists. Jaden is currently pursuing full-time MMJ roles and is willing to relocate.
