With 20 years of personal experiences with my own wellbeing, my specialty is in creating inclusive initiatives that support neurodiversity, mental, physical, and emotional health in the workplace.The aim for 2025 is to collaborate with leadership teams to embed a culture of wellbeing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while prioritizing employee satisfaction.
