ABOUT JADE WILKINSON

I’m an HR professional at KEY, focused on making people processes work in a way that genuinely supports both the business and its people.Working in a fast paced environment, I am responsible for supporting managers and employees across areas including employee relations, performance, internal communication and day to day HR support. My approach is practical, consistent and people focused, ensuring managers feel confident and supported when handling people matters.Since joining KEY, I have been focused on strengthening structure across HR, improving communication, and making processes easier to understand and follow across the business.I am passionate about building an HR function that is visible, approachable and adds real value. I take pride in creating a positive experience for employees while also supporting the wider business in achieving its goals.Alongside my HR career, I am also building my own business in the aesthetics space, combining professionalism with creativity and client experience.
