Designing the UX/UI of our digital experience platform, to modernise the way we create and consume radio station content. • Conceptualised and designed an entire image library with complete functionality in feature sets. Which upon release, received positive user feedback when usability testing with radio editors. • Redesigned the audio library based on my image library design. • Created a task manager to organise asset processing. • Building audio annotation tools to simplify smart content creation. • Focusing on design best practices of research, interviews, userflows, information architecture, interface design and prototypes. • Developed user personas to help the team better understand and build for the benefit of our customers.
