Design fully in 3D CLO, ensuring garments are accurate to reduce sampling lead times and errors. • Designing the girl’s mainline assortment including all casualwear such as knits, wovens, sweaters, outerwear & tween• Supporting the design director with concept, trendforecasting, fabric research & development• Present the design range during the development process to the design director & senior leadership• Ownership of the design process from SKU plan to sampling, managing the product line sheets, PLM Centric & CLO 3D designs• Creative direction & approval of graphic, woven jacquard, sweater fairisle & print design• Working with the Buyers to ensure that sale needs are met while looking for opportunities to improve growth in challenging areas• Collaborating with Product Development to ensure all designs have a healthy, strong IMU to boost product profits• Ensure constructional execution of all designs by attending garment fittings & tech passes with the technical design team• Proven track record of creating bestseller products that are commercial, age appropiate & right for the JF brand image• Driving innovation in “fashion” categories, creating excitement with new opportunites in tween, capsules & collaborations• Consistently meet all design calendar deadlines, while remaining agile with changes and challenges• Enrolled in the “People Leader Development Program” to further my influence, leadership & communication skills
