Our comprehensive, tailor-made consultancy services encompass every step of the process, ensuring lasting impact.Our previous work spans various domains, including but not limited to:• Creating and delivering thought-provoking workshops that challenge existing paradigms and encourage participants to explore new perspectives and develop a deep understanding of the significance of social wellness. These workshops have been delivered to senior leaders, staff, and stakeholders to aid in navigating transformative change with a focus on wellness, EDI & culture.• Facilitating educational seminars aimed at enhancing organisational policy and practice, empowering participants with the knowledge and tools to foster an equitable, inclusive, and aspirational environment.• Working in collaboration with senior leaders to develop comprehensive strategies and supporting frameworks for change initiatives, empowering organisations to implement effective measures to drive social wellness, EDI and workplace culture.• Engaging key stakeholders in effective communication and change management, ensuring alignment and fostering buy-in for organisational transformation.• Developing data collection tools, feedback methodologies, and written reports that allow organisations to assess the impact of their initiatives accurately and make informed decisions on how to optimise their outcomes.• Creating and facilitating Cultural Humility and Management Wellbeing Education, equipping leaders with the necessary skills to cultivate an authentic culture of wellness and EDI.
