While my background is in talent acquisition, the heart of my work is designing clear, practical ways for people to do their best work together. I’m drawn to bringing order to complexity which often means helping teams define what “good” looks like, creating simple decision frameworks, and supporting leaders as they interview, coach, and communicate with confidence. I care about process when it makes work easier (keep it simple-stupid method!)I’ve learned that culture shows up in everyday moments; It’s reflected in how decisions are made, how feedback is shared, and how accountability is handled when things get uncomfortable. I aim to bring structure without stiffness and high standards without ego. I tend to do my best work in environments that value clarity, trust direct communication, and are interested in improving how things work over time rather than maintaining the status quo.
