ABOUT JADE CHYMY
As a Systems Transformation Lead, I support the Huddle Manitoba initiative, a platform that transforms complex, multi-stakeholder systems, brings those systems together, and achieves collective impact. The overall goal of the initiative is to fundamentally transform how Manitoba youth and families access and experience youth mental health, substance use, and overall wellness supports and services. Manitoba’s Huddle initiative is grounded in the internationally recognized Integrated Youth Services (IYS) model. As a Systems Transformation Lead, I provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to both the Huddle Backbone Team and Huddle Network members in the areas of systems thinking, service integration, change management, social innovation, and project management. Today, 6 Huddle sites are operating in Winnipeg, Brandon, and Selkirk, with plans to expand to sites in Portage La Prairie and Northern Manitoba.
