Jade Agudosi is a program strategist and nonprofit leader committed to advancing equity and developing the next generation of changemakers. With a career spanning government, labor, and corporate sectors—including roles on Capitol Hill, the U.S. Department of the Interior, AFL-CIO, Meta, and Deloitte—she has led equity-centered initiatives that strengthen workforce development and expand opportunity.In 2018, Jade co-founded Xceleader, a nonprofit dedicated to building leaders, impacting HBCUs, and changing the world. As Managing Director of XceleadHer, she has designed and scaled programs that have trained more than 450 Black women leaders across 40+ HBCUs, providing mentorship, career development, and funding to accelerate their leadership journeys.Her work has been featured in Forbes, The Washington Post, The Hill, and Politico for its impact in shaping access and opportunity for Black students and professionals. A proud graduate of Howard University, Jade continues to champion initiatives that prepare emerging leaders to thrive in their careers and communities.
