I’m a Director of Operations with over a decade of experience driving clarity, alignment, and better ways of working for founder-led companies. Currently at BYPG, I lead cross functional strategy and execution across People, Technology, and Business Operations, building the internal infrastructure that helps teams thrive.While I’m a nerd about Business Ops today, I didn’t come from a traditional business background or pedigree. My foundation is in the arts, with a BFA in Studio Art, and that lens continues to shape how I think, lead, and build in business. I approach operations like a design challenge, blending systems thinking with intuition to create workflows and structures that are both human centered and operationally sound.I’ve been the engine behind everything from org redesigns to company wide OKRs, standing up new business initiatives, to hiring frameworks. Whether I’m leading performance systems, managing complex projects, supporting executive strategy, or rolling out AI enabled efficiencies, I focus on results that make the work better, for both people and performance.
