As Learning, Development and Performance Manager, I operate as a strategic Learning and development partner to our executive leadership team, shaping global capability, organisational design, and enterprise-wide performance and talent approaches to drive growth and cultural maturity.I partner with executive and senior leaders across the business to align structure, leadership behaviours, performance and talent development with evolving organisational priorities. I designed and embedded QA’s enterprise-wide performance process and overarching talent framework, strengthening consistency in goal setting, performance conversations, accountability, and development planning across the organisation.I lead succession planning and talent review activity, identifying leadership pipelines, critical role risk, and future capability gaps to support workforce planning and long-term continuity. Using people data, performance insight, and organisational analysis, I inform executive decisions on capability, structure, and investment priorities.Through coaching-led approaches to performance, wellbeing, and complex people challenges, I influence leadership effectiveness and cultural evolution. As a core member of the senior People leadership team, I contribute to wider HR strategy, engagement, and change programmes, ensuring our people practices actively reinforce psychological safety, accountability, and high-performance behaviours.
