ABOUT JADE TENNYSON

Having worked for Teaching Personnel for just under 7 years, I have gained sound understanding of how to effectively manage multiple schools / Academies / Trusts recruitment process, to ensure a valuable and quality placement is made each and every time. Former schools / Trusts that I have worked with, consider me part of their team as I liaised frequently with them and built a strong partnership to ensure we found the right person for the role and that the Trust was staffed with high quality candidates. As the vital link between schools and candidates, I understand the importance to ensure both parties are on the same page of expectations and requirements. After successfully developing the Hull and Lincolnshire area, I have recently joined the Business Development Team to support the West Yorkshire area. Working closely to develop relationships with Multi Academy Trusts and other school groups to provide a bespoke recruitment planning service for temporary or permanent staffing and intervention, which offers both financial and value added benefits.
