Jade Sherman is an agent, partner and Head of Digital at talent and literary agency Gersh. In this role, she oversees one of the industry\'s largest digital representation divisions, which includes managing agents specializing in podcasting and affiliate marketing. After joining A3 Artists Agency in 2015, Sherman\'s passion for innovation, client advocacy and ability to identify emerging trends soon made her an integral leader in the expansion and success of the digital division, which Gersh would later acquire.
