MadeByDyslexia – which means creative thinking (and yes, occasionally creative spelling too!). I’m Jade, a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s passionate about more than just filling roles. I connect brilliant people with meaningful opportunities and help organisations grow through their greatest asset – their people.Right now, I’m supporting the growth of UKTL (UK Telecoms Lab) – a cutting-edge initiative established by DSIT and operated by NPL. Based in Birmingham, UKTL is all about strengthening telecoms resilience and security, diversifying the supply chain, and shaping national policy. Outside of work, life revolves around two four-legged legends:Bella, our three-legged Staffie who proves daily that limits are just a mindset.Bear, a German Shepherd–Dutch Herder mix with boundless energy and a heart of gold.They remind me every day of the power of resilience, loyalty, and joy – values I carry into my work.
