ABOUT JADE L.
I’m Jade Lambeth (she/her), a counsellor, mental health mentor, and health & wellbeing coach based in Leicester, working mainly online across the UK. I’m dedicated to creating welcoming, down-to-earth spaces where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences-free from pressure, judgment, or expectations. With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a Master’s in Clinical Counselling, and specialist training in suicide intervention and workplace mental health, I offer a person-centred, adaptable approach tailored to your unique needs. I have particular experience supporting young adults, neurodivergent people, and the LGBTQIA+ community, because I understand how vital it is to feel truly seen and understood. I’m proud to be a University of Chester Venture Pitch winner and recipient of the Chester Difference Excellence Award-recognitions that reflect my commitment to entrepreneurship, skill development, and making a positive impact. As a registered member of the BACP and BPS, I run a private counselling practice (Mind Vista) and work as a specialist Mental Health Mentor, helping university students thrive both personally and academically. I also support individuals with Type 2 Diabetes to achieve remission through health, nutrition, and mindset coaching.
