I head up the fundraising department for the Snowdrop Project, a charity supporting survivors of modern slavery and exploitation based in Sheffield. This role involves developing the fundraising, marketing and communications for the organisation and delivering on the fundraising targets annually. I lead the fundraising team, ensuring we follow best practice; offer excellent stewardship to our fantastic fundraisers; develop news areas of growth and explore new ways of working to hit our income target. The role is dynamic and involves thinking creatively, standing out from the crowd whilst upholding Snowdrops values.
