Currently working within HR, I lead on compliance, social value, and sustainability processes, ensuring the organisation meets and maintains external accreditation standards while driving continuous improvement across key areas.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain internal audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO standards (Quality, Environmental, and Safety).Prepare documentation, organise compliance records, and liaise with external accreditation bodies to coordinate and run audits.Administer and update the internal management system in line with ISO requirements.Investigate and report on non-conformances, supporting corrective and preventive actions.Collate, analyse, and communicate carbon data to clients and project teams, supporting sustainability reporting.Update and maintain environmental databases, ensuring accurate communication with stakeholders.Manage FSC documentation in line with accredited standards to ensure responsible supply chain practices.Qualifications:IEMA Associate in Environmental ManagementISO 9001:2015 Auditor (newly qualified)Key Achievements:Strengthened internal compliance processes, supporting successful external audits.Enhanced sustainability reporting by streamlining carbon and environmental data management.Improved cross-department collaboration through clear communication of compliance and environmental requirements.
