EDI Activities: Involvement with EDI initiatives, including collaboration with organisations such as WES (Women in Engineering Society), fostering diversity and inclusion within our talent pool. Candidate Experience Improvement: Led a project aimed at enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring a positive journey from application to induction. Campaigns for Candidate Referrals: Initiated and led campaigns to build on candidate referrals, harnessing the power of employee networks. ATS Improvements: Implemented enhancements to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), improving data collection and candidate experience. Recruitment, Onboarding, and Induction Process Overhaul: Currently leading a comprehensive overhaul of recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, creating a seamless experience for new hires.
