I have had the privilege of contributing to positive transformations in diverse teams through change management initiatives and improved internal communications.Throughout my career, I have played a part in preserving and nurturing company culture, recognising the importance of a cohesive and inclusive work environment. I am grateful to have been involved in conceptualising a myriad of projects such as annual internal awards and company workshop event, which has grown to become the biggest and certainly most impactful event within the company calendar.My future aspirations lie in spreading the practice of a \'no one size fits all\' approach within the people function. By breaking the boundaries of traditional HR practices, I aim to leverage my human skills to create customised experiences that empower and engage employees at all levels.
